For the three months that I've had it thus a ways, it is been great. I like the truth that I can flip the ability off on the unit for nights or weekends (just adds good peace of thoughts), and switch it on in the mornings for speedy hot water and fresh cold water right through the day.

When you first turn the cold water change on, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get chilly, but if you happen to depart it on it can be chilly always. Same with the sizzling water, it takes about 5 minutes or so as to heat up.
One problem i've noticed (minus the one famous person) is that when you have got both cold and scorching water swapes on, each the recent water and cold water compete for prepared get entry to. This will now not be a massive deal, so I regularly just depart one swap on a time (usually cold since it gets the majority usage).
As a long method as warmthing and cooling high quality, when it is sizzling, it can be SUPER hot. When it gets cold, it is chilly enough to condensate your glass, however now not ice cold - still fresh!
UPDATE: Here's one thing else I wished so as to add. Unlike different water coolers, this one does now not run continuously cold or scorching. If you might have the chilly switch on, it is going to keep recooling the water in cycles (you'll see the chilly water mild go on each 20-30 mins or after use). Same with sizzling water. If you could have the swap on, it'll reheat the water in cycles (every 20-30 minutes or after use). Another minor annoyance (-.5 stars), but once more, it's tolerable.

The Amazon.com return web page stated I would have to pay return delivery, but I called Amazon and they despatched me a free return shipping label.
In sum: the product quality used to be lousy but the customer service from the producer was once pretty excellent and from Amazon was once outstanding.
