I tried to come it. They stated no returns. So i'm caught with this disappointing water cooler. Beware: There coverage is no returns. Check terms and prerequisites on their website online. Plus their no spill device which is contact with the water is plastic so i don't see the purpose of buying a stainless steel reservoir.
